All sales are final and returns will not be accepted unless the item is damaged in which case store credit will be issued. 

Damaged Packages

Despite our best efforts, there is a chance an item may be damaged in transport. If you wish to keep your item, partial store credit may be provided to you. If you wish to return a damaged item, you will receive store credit for the same amount as the damaged item. 

Lost Packages

Tracking information is provided when a package is shipped. Athantique Vintage is not responsible for lost packages once the item is marked "delivered" by the carrier. All packages are insured. Customers will be responsible for filing a package claim with the parcel carrier.
